Vulani Mongwe Foundation
Through the distribution of washable, reusable sanitary pads and community-driven initiatives, we are restoring dignity, improving school attendance, and creating pathways for long-term success.
About Us
Vulani Mongwe Foundation is a non-profit organisation and registered Public Benefit Organisation, founded in 2026 in South Africa.
The foundation was established with a clear and urgent purpose: to empower communities—particularly young girls in rural areas—by removing barriers that prevent them from accessing quality education.
One of the most overlooked challenges affecting schoolgirls is the lack of access to menstrual health products. Many girls miss up to 5 days of school every month, which significantly impacts their academic performance and increases dropout rates.
